/ FAQ

Questions, answered.

No. The menu opens in their browser straight from the QR code — nothing to install and no account to create. If they add it to their home screen, they can also get order notifications.

Online, in the app — UPI, cards or netbanking — before the order reaches you. Every order carries its own number, so the right one is handed over at the counter.

They’re notified on their phone when you mark it ready, and the status updates live on their order screen while they wait. The counter can still call out the number the usual way.

No setup fee and no monthly fee, with every feature included. Customers pay your menu price; on each online order you pay 1% to SlappX plus the payment gateway’s 2.66% at cost, or have your customers pay them if you prefer. Cash sales carry nothing. See pricing.

Just your menu. Add your items and prices, get your QR code, and put it up wherever customers can scan it. You can change the menu anytime — past orders keep the prices they were placed at.
