If you ordered from a shop
The shop you ordered from prepares your order and decides on cancellations and refunds — so for a specific order, the counter is the fastest route, and every order page has a chat to reach the shop directly. If you can’t get a response, write to us at support@slappx.com with your order number and the shop’s name and we’ll help. See also our refunds and cancellations policy.
